604 Kars manages the guest messages, check-ins, cleaning, documentation, and pricing for your vehicle — so the hours it spends parked can start paying rent.

The Problem

Owning a car costs money whether you drive it or not.

Insurance, financing, and depreciation run on a monthly clock — regardless of how many days the car actually leaves the driveway. Most owners who try renting it out on their own quit within a few months, not because the demand isn't there, but because the operational load is.

The Alternative

You don't have to become a Turo expert.

You don't have to:

Answer guest messages at midnight
Coordinate every check-in and check-out
Track down every trip's photo documentation
Reprice your car every week
Schedule every cleaning yourself
Chase down every maintenance appointment
The Short Version

You own the vehicle.
We manage the operations.

That's the entire pitch. Everything else on this page is detail.

"No hidden line items" refers to our management fee specifically — it's fixed at the percentage you select and won't change mid-agreement. Set The Right Expectations

Co-hosting isn't completely passive.

We make vehicle management easier, but owning a rental vehicle still comes with real responsibilities.

·Vehicles accumulate mileage
·Maintenance is required
·Demand fluctuates seasonally
·Revenue varies month to month
·Vehicles may experience normal wear
·Bookings aren't guaranteed
·Operating expenses affect profitability

Our job is to manage the operational complexity — not to promise guaranteed income.

Local Management. Built For Vancouver.

Meet 604 Kars.

604 Kars was started to help Vancouver vehicle owners get more value from underutilized cars without taking on the operational burden of managing every trip themselves. The focus is a professional, systems-driven approach to vehicle management — built around Vancouver's specific market, not a generic playbook.

I'm Amir Keshavarzi, the founder of 604 Kars, and I started the business to help vehicle owners turn their cars into a well-managed income-producing asset without having to handle the day-to-day work themselves. I personally oversee the key parts of the operation, including guest communication, booking coordination, vehicle presentation, cleaning coordination, and making sure each vehicle is managed with care and attention to detail. My goal is to give every vehicle owner peace of mind knowing their car is being professionally managed while providing guests with a reliable and seamless rental experience.

FAQ

Common questions.

How does 604 Kars make money?

We charge a percentage of the trip revenue generated, based on the management plan you select — 25%, 30%, or 35%. This is separate from Turo's own host service fee, which the platform deducts independently.

How much can my car make?

It depends on your vehicle type, pricing, demand, availability, seasonality, and utilization. Use the calculator above for a rough estimate, or request a personalized assessment.

Do you guarantee income?

No. All figures are estimates, not guarantees. Actual earnings vary based on market conditions and operating factors.

Do I have to manage guests myself?

That depends on your plan. Ops Lite keeps you more involved; Standard and Full Service are built to make the experience as hands-off as possible.

Can I still use my own car?

Yes, subject to the availability and personal-use terms set out in your management agreement.

What happens if a guest damages my vehicle?

We document the vehicle's condition and follow the applicable platform and claims process. Coverage and outcomes are subject to the relevant terms, policies, and insurance arrangements.

What types of vehicles do you accept?

We evaluate every vehicle individually, considering condition, age, reliability, market demand, and operational suitability.

Who pays for maintenance and repairs?

Routine maintenance and repair costs are generally the owner's responsibility. Depending on your plan, 604 Kars can coordinate scheduling, but cost approval stays with you above an agreed threshold — see your management agreement for specifics.

How do I get started?

Submit your vehicle details through the form above, or book a free consultation to talk it through first.
