This is a template privacy policy drafted for 604 Kars’ current intake form (name, contact, vehicle) and general BC PIPA (Personal Information Protection Act) obligations. 1. Who we are

604 Kars (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides Turo co-hosting and vehicle management services in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. You can reach us at 604kars@gmail.com or 236-788-8944.

2. Information we collect

When you use the estimate form on this site, we collect:

Your name
A phone number or email address
Your vehicle’s year, make and model
Anything you add in the notes field

We don’t collect payment information, government ID numbers, or vehicle registration details through this website. That information is exchanged separately, in person or through Turo, once we begin working together.

3. How we use your information

We use what you submit to reply with a real earnings estimate for your specific car, schedule a conversation, and follow up about onboarding your vehicle. That’s it.

4. How we share your information

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may pass details to Turo directly if you decide to move forward with listing your vehicle, and to service providers (email, scheduling) strictly to operate this business.

5. Your rights under BC PIPA

Under British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act, you can access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw consent for us to contact you. Email 604kars@gmail.com to do any of that.

6. Data retention

We keep contact information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, or — if you become a client — for the length of our working relationship plus whatever period the law requires.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted here with a new date.
