These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your interactions with 604 Kars ("604 Kars," "we," "us," or "our"), a Vancouver, British Columbia-based Turo co-hosting and vehicle management business. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

604 Kars provides vehicle co-hosting and management services for owners who list their vehicles on Turo, including guest communication, booking coordination, listing and pricing management, cleaning coordination, trip documentation, and owner reporting. The specific scope of services, management fee, and responsibilities for any individual vehicle are set out in a separate signed management agreement between 604 Kars and the vehicle owner, which governs over any general description on this website in the event of a conflict.

The content on this website, including the earnings calculator, pricing plan descriptions, and general process overview, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or guarantee, and does not replace the terms of a signed management agreement.

No Guarantee of Income

Any figures, estimates, or projections shown on this website — including outputs from the earnings calculator — are illustrative only and are not guarantees of income. Actual earnings depend on factors outside our control, including vehicle type, condition, market demand, seasonality, pricing, availability, and utilization.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be the legal owner of the vehicle (or authorized to act on the owner's behalf), hold valid vehicle registration and any insurance coverage required for Turo hosting, and be legally entitled to enter into a management agreement with us.

Booking a Consultation

Consultations booked through our Calendly link are subject to availability. We may reschedule or cancel a consultation with reasonable notice.

Fees

Our management fee is a fixed percentage of trip revenue, selected at the time you choose a management plan, and will not change mid-agreement without your consent. This fee is separate from Turo's own host service fee and from vehicle-related costs such as cleaning and maintenance, which remain the owner's responsibility unless otherwise stated in your management agreement.

Reliance on Turo

Our services depend on Turo, an independent third-party platform that we do not own or control. Turo's own terms of service, policies, and insurance products apply independently to any vehicle listed on its platform, and 604 Kars is not responsible for Turo's platform availability, policy changes, or decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 604 Kars is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a management agreement in accordance with its terms. We may also suspend or discontinue website features at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
